1. General Policy

All payments made for accounting, bookkeeping, tax preparation, consulting, and related financial services are subject to this refund policy.

Because our services involve time, expertise, and customized financial work, refunds are limited as outlined below.

2. Deposits & Upfront Payments

Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

If cancellation occurs before work begins, a refund may be issued minus administrative fees (up to 15%).

3. Monthly Bookkeeping Services

Clients may cancel recurring bookkeeping services with 30 days written notice.

No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.

If prepaid monthly services are canceled before the service period begins, a prorated refund may be issued.

4. Tax Preparation Services

Once tax return preparation has begun, fees are non-refundable.

If you decide not to file your prepared return, preparation fees remain payable.

Refunds will not be issued after completed tax documents have been delivered.

5. Errors & Service Disputes

If you believe an error has occurred:

You must notify us in writing within 7 business days of receiving the completed work.

We will review and correct any verified errors at no additional cost.

Refunds are not provided for disagreements based on professional judgment.

6. Failure to Provide Required Information

Delays or failure to provide required financial documents may:

Result in service delays.

Void eligibility for refunds.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds outside this policy may be granted at management’s sole discretion in exceptional situations.

8. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve an issue may result in:

Immediate service suspension.

Additional administrative and collection fees.
